best way to excute command , and stram the output (General questions)

Hello ,
I want to know the best way to excute a command and wait for the result.
What i want to do exactly is
excuting this command (Torrent Download Command ) :
btdownloadcurses.py --max_upload_rate 20 --url http://url

and then stream the output in text box . when i use command command , i get this error :
Error opening terminal: unknown.

can you plz write an examble in VB.NET
