Installation fails on Win98 systems

Seems that Win98 doesn't have "new enough" system files that are required for wodSmtp.ocx (or many other ActiveX controls out there). You must have at least Internet Explorer 4 installed (because it brings crypt32.dll used for certificates). Also, Visual C++ run time libraries are needed.
