WeOnlyDo! Software believes strongly that no customer should have to buy software in order to find out how well it works. Software purchases should be based on thorough evaluation of the most current, fully functional technology. Users should be able to test every feature of a software package for functionality and compatibility. WeOnlyDo! Software software can be evaluated with no limitations in capabilities.
All WeOnlyDo! products are offered under a 30-day evaluation license. In evaluation mode, all software functionality is available. WeOnlyDo! software should not be used beyond the expiration of the evaluation license. Individuals or organizations wishing to extend their evaluation license beyond the stated period can contact email@example.com to request permission and receive instructions.
For above reasons, products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable, but licensed copies that do not contain source code may be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another downloadable software product sold by WeOnlyDo! Software. However, before any new software will be made available, the customer must return to WeOnlyDo! Software, a "Refund Claim Form". The "Return Claim Form" will be provided to the customer after the customer informs WeOnlyDo! Software that they need such form. To obtain an exchange, you must notify WeOnlyDo! Software, within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The "Refund Claim Form" provided to you must be returned to WeOnlyDo! Software by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain the exchange. Any additional costs for this exchange will be covered by the customer. WeOnlyDo! Software reserves right to deny software exchange. Source-code versions of WeOnlyDo! Software products can not be exchanged for other products.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to WeOnlyDo! Software. We will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a "Refund Claim Form" that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to WeOnlyDo! Software The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

WeOnlyDo! Software reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on WeOnlyDo! Software's Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
