If I buy a developer license and source code of your component to develop my piece of software, does that license allow me to redistribute the dlls to my customers who use my software?

You are free to distribute our DLLs with your software free of charge, no matter if you purchase with or without the source code. Source code is only for your own protection. We charge design-time licenses, and distribution is royalty free.
