Hi,
In order to install network adaper you should try something like this:
DrvInst install OemWin2k.inf
You can find instruction how to install Virtual network adapter using DrvInst here:

In order to change company details inside VPN adapter. You should change inside inf file DeviceDescription and Provider entries.
