Can ShellMenu create dynamic handler? (General questions)

So for the Drive type in HKCR I want a handler that looks at drives and for certain drive letters, say M: and N:, display a menu, but only for those drives?

OK, I think I might have answered that myself: I looked at the sample only for txt files sample which shows how (I think).

Here's the real question: can I make a dll using ShellMenu that will behave like other context menu handlers? What I'd like to do is have a couple of network drives and only display the context menu for those two drives. I don't want to display the process for this in task manager. I'd like to do this with a dll if possible. Thank you

Hi,

hi. Unfortunately wodShellMenu is a free product and no support is provided for it. We gave it for free download so if it works - it works ;) If you need to improve it, you can purchase source code and try to change it to suit your needs.

I'm sorry - but answering support questions would take us time to try things out, duplicate them see how to fix them etc. - something that we can't afford for a free product.

Hope you understand.

What kind of support would be available if I were to purchase the source code? Thanks

Bael,

Unfortunately, we can't provide support for it at all since it's a free product. Even if you purchase the source code, we can't provide support.

However, we do allow making changes or modifications to source code, which we do not allow for other (non-free) components.
