hi...
is there any way of setting a customized status text? so that on my next login i can retreive it.

Hi Sapna,
Unfortunately you can't. Status text message isn't stored on server, and isn't retrieved when you connect to server.
The only way to do this is to store the last set message locally, and then set statustext each time status is changed.
