1,000 character Message Limit (General questions)

I have encountered an SMTP server that is chopping the message body at the 1,000th character. This does not happen at all servers, just this ABILITY server that one customer is using.

I have tried setting the message body (which is only straight text) to the HTML body setting (wodSmtp1.Message.HTMLText), but this does not change anything.

My knowledge of SMTP is rudimentary at best, but I have gone through the WOD SMTP manual and cannot determine what I should do next.
