I'm testing the sftp .NET client on our local network.
Here is a short review for different clients:
_Download speed, 8MB file, SSH, Local Network_
wodSFTP: 677 KB/s
FileZilla: 300 KB/s
SSH Secure File Transfer Client: 5MB/s
Core FTP: 2.5 MB/s
The difference in speed can be probably explained by using different encryption algorithms. Am I right?
What encryption algorithm do you guys use? Is it customizable?
