Cant get wodVPN to compile (wodVPN)

I'm using Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition and when I build the DSW file it just gives me an error that it cannot build the file.
How do I get this software to compile?
I have a full Visual Studio 2007 Pro I can use to compile as well.
Any help is appreciated. thanks.
