I can send an email without relaying with wodSMTP component?

My component version is: 1.3.0.47 (wodSmtp.dll)

Hi Gerard,

Yes, offcourse you can. Did you try our samples? Do they work, or you receive an error? What error is it?

I would suggest that you set up a Smart Host by specifying your smtp server Hostname. Also, if your smtp server requires authentication you should set Login/Password Properties accordingly.

wodSMTP is running in ok but our systems admin. tell me about this possibility. Wich sample is aplicable?

Gerard,

You can try the 4. Use 'smarthost' VB sample. However, remember that some servers require you to Authenticate in order to send e-mail. If that is the case, you should set Login/Password and the appropriate Authentication Method.
