We would like to duplicate your issue in order to deal with it.

Any chance we can connect to your server and duplicate it? We will just connect few times duplicate it and immediately disconnect.

What is your server type/vendor/name?

You can check this our by typing in command prompt:

telnet your_server_name 21

and send us first line returned.
