Encryption with InitVector (General questions)

I'm trying to encrypt and decrypt with wodCryptCom. There's a sample in C# in the installation directory. Can you give me ONE example whith DES and CBC mode where you can encrypt and decrypt a message correctly??

(with ONE example, I mean: InitVector, SecretKey and Padding
