Can you send us a code snippet where you do the PutFile Call?
Also, can you give us access to the server so we could try and duplicate this problem? I think this will be hard to duplicate without direct server access!
If it is possible to ensure us access, you can send us the needed info to techsupport@weonlydo.com. Any information and files on the server will be safe, we would only try to connect, upload a file and disconnect.
