Unfortunately there is no version of wodFtpDLX.NET for NET 1.1 framework.
WodFtpDLX.NET component is using some classes that is added in NET 2.0, so there is no way to compile wodFptDLX.NET to NET 1.1.
Why don't you try to install NET 2.0 framework?
