ListNames (General questions)

Can anyone help me understand, how can I use ListNames() method and read the resulting Outputstrem into string array of items under remote folder?
I am trying to avoid use of ListItemsEvent!
...what I really like is that wodSSH and wodSFTP components work excellently and are constantly being improved...
