Redistribution of apps using the wod DLL (General questions)

I had a quick question regarding the DLL and registration codes.

The installer prompts for a registration code, but the reg code also needs to be included in compiled apps (objFtp.LicenseKey = XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX ).

Would I be correct in assuming that in order to redistribute my app, all I need is my executable and the wod DLL? Of course, the DLL needs to be registered, too. ;)

I just wanted to verify the purpose of requiring the registration code when installing the DLL (and companion OCX).
