Do the dll's for this product work in vb.net ?

wodCrypt, just like any other ActiveX, will work in NET.

I don't think we have currently plans on converting it to NET, there is already pretty good crypto base included in NET.

What about the pop3 and mailbox components do they work in .Net ?

Yes, they are working. Why not? Any COM and ActiveX can be used from NET.
