we didn't test on VS2005 since it's not officialy published, so I can't tell you why this happens. We didn't have reports this happens on VS2003, perhaps 2005 is the reason?
Any chance you can test if you app works with 2003?

I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a good quality SFTP solution.
