send a terminal 'screen' a command from another (wodTelnetDLX)

I have a new really, really hard one for ya now ;)

my previous 'screen' command.
suppose I have 12 'screen'(s) open in your terminal connection like I previously stated....now, from the screen I'm log'd on (in front of me visable) I'd like to send all my console or even one 'screen' a command as a duplicate to this screen I see....

so lets say maybe we might try something simple and send ALL 'screens' a command like : ls -al wrong forum your thinking right? heheh
thanks in advance, I'm eager to challenge your inteligence now :P
btw, it can be in any script, however vb would be prefered.

tip...even if its via *id* etc... ;)
