Hi Michel,
Can you please check what your Language for non-unicode programs is set to, and set it to language that this letters are in?
Does that help?
Regards,
Damba
Ok, so...
I changed this settings in my country settings panel
(French Win XP Pro SP3)
I had : Francais (French)
I set : English US
I run a new POP3 GET MESSAGE
but the message contains the same bad caracters.
Michel,
I believe I have duplicated this issue. I've already contacted our programmers to check this out. We will inform you as soon as we have news on this problem.
Regards,
Damba
Michel,
Your problem should be fixed. Can you please download latest version and try it again.
Drazen
hello,
the POP3 demo version in download link still displays version 1.3.1 ...
where can I find 1.3.2 ?
Michel,
I have download it here:
http://www.weonlydo.com/Samples/wodPop3.exe
and version number return 1.3.2.97.
If you are using Delphi or C++ you should reimport wodPOP3 reference in environment before use it again. wodPOP3 Version Property hold version number.
Let us know how it goes.
Drazen
Good, this new version is working well on mail that I detailled previously.
It remains one problem with Exchange internal email
(from one user to another user on same server).
In this case I cannot look at Internet Header since it doesn't exist...
And special caracters like 'euro sign' are wrong onverted...
I will try to investigate to identify encoding.
(thank you and congratulations for your quick answers !)
