...ooops I somehow missed that you aren't using wodHttpDLX. When you asked for SSL wodHttpDLX first comes to my mine.

wodFtpDLX support SSL and version of SSL is 3.0

You can change protocol to FTP+SSL using wodFtpDLX Protocol Property.
