does 2.7.2 contain fix for greater than 65k items (wodFtpDLX / wodFtpDLX.NET)

In Feb this year we worked with WOD techs to support greater than 65k items in a folder.

That fix has been working well for us, we now have sites running well with several hundred thousand items in one folder.

Does the 2.7.2 distribution contain that fix?
