Hi.
Adding TLS13 means migrating to OpenSSL 1.1.1. This is not a problem - but we can't use both 1.0.2 and 1.1.0 at the same time. And some customers require FIPS which depends on 1.0.2, so we're waiting to see what will happen there and when will OpenSSL 1.1.1 have support for FIPS DLL.
Our code is already partially migrated and waiting for that to happen.
