RSA / Private Key Auth fails on OS X El Capitan (wodSSH / wodSSH.NET)

Hi Team,

we are having trouble using the wodSFTP.NET component with private key authentication on certain hosts. With user password authentication everything is working as expected.

The WeOnlyDo.Exceptions.SFTP.AuthorizationException is thrown during the the SFTP.Connect() call.

We used the same 2048 Bit RSA Key on all of those hosts. And with the wodSSH.NET component the authentication with the same private key is working like a charm. We also tried to authenticate with Putty over SSH and WinSCP over SFTP, wich is working as well on our test machines.

Systems where wodSFTP authentication fails:

  • Mac OX X El Capitan Version 10.11.1
  • Ubuntu 12.04.04 LTS x64

Systems where wodSFTP was able to authenticate:

  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10

We did not try it on other machines yet. We used the version 3.4.9.129 of wodSFTP.NET.
