StateChangedEvent event


Fires when users state changes.

The StateChangedEvent(Args.NewState,Args.OldState,Args.User) syntax has these parts:
Args.NewStateWebStates enumeration value. Represents current state.
Args.OldStateWebStates enumeration value. Represents previous state.
Args.UserWebUser object. Reference to the user who is connected to the server.

Remarks
