Remarks These constants are used with the Timezone property. They determine if the GetAttributes and SetAttributes methods will use the Local or UTC time zone when representing dates, or if DirItem is represented as in UTC or in local timezone.   Members Constant Value Description  ZoneLocal 0 Time/Date is represented in local time zone.  ZoneUTC 1 Time/Date is represented in UTC.
